📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with national early childhood education standards.
• Create a stimulating and safe learning environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with a team of educators to ensure a holistic approach to child development.
• Incorporate traditional Balinese values and modern pedagogical practices into daily activities.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development workshops to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
• Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, behavior, and development milestones.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture that respects diversity and individual needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching early childhood education, preferably in an international or multicultural setting.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development theories and best practices.
• Certification in early childhood education (e.g., CPR/First Aid, Child Protection, or similar) is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to fostering their holistic development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic and culturally rich environment.
• Valid teaching license or equivalent qualification.
