You will also be involved in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electric dump trucks, including battery systems, motors, and other critical components.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues to ensure the smooth operation of the fleet.
• Monitor the performance of electric dump trucks and provide technical support to the operations team.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize the lifespan of the vehicles.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve the efficiency and reliability of the electric dump trucks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide training and support to other mechanics and technicians in the team.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to prevent potential breakdowns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and repair of heavy machinery, with a focus on electric vehicles.
• Certification as a qualified mechanic for heavy machinery, preferably with experience in electric vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and battery technology.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software such as CAN bus analyzers, oscilloscopes, and multimeter.
• Experience with maintenance and repair of dump trucks, particularly electric models.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
