You'll work closely with our Head Store Supervisor to implement and maintain our quality standards, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage and train a team of 10-15 staff members, ensuring high standards of service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards
- Handle customer complaints and complaints, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Assist in the implementation of store policies and procedures
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff performance
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of food service operations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with POS systems such as QuickBooks or similar
- Valid food handling certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages
