As an Outlet Supervisor, you'll be the backbone of our operations in Bali. Your mission is to oversee daily activities, maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and ensure that every customer leaves our outlets with a smile. You'll work closely with our team to train and develop staff, manage inventory, and optimize sales performance. With Tealive being a household name in the bubble tea industry, you'll have the opportunity to be part of a growing brand and make a significant impact on our business.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a team of 5-10 staff members, ensuring that they are well-trained and motivated to deliver outstanding service. You'll use tools like QuickBooks for inventory management and Google Sheets for tracking sales and staff performance. Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food and beverage industry, is essential. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of service
• Manage inventory using QuickBooks and ensure optimal stock levels
• Track and analyze sales performance using Google Sheets
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience
• Coordinate with the central office to ensure consistent brand standards across all outlets
• Maintain a clean and hygienic outlet environment
• Handle staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and Google Sheets
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with the bubble tea industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian
