As a Facility Utility Specialist, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities. This includes daily cleaning tasks, waste management, and ensuring all utilities are running smoothly. You'll work closely with the maintenance team to address any issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be crucial in this role, as you'll be the first point of contact for any facility-related concerns.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities are clean, organized, and operationally efficient.
• Manage waste and recycling programs to maintain a high standard of hygiene and environmental responsibility.
• Monitor and maintain all utility systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, to ensure they are functioning optimally.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly.
• Work closely with the maintenance team to coordinate repairs and ensure timely resolution of any facility-related concerns.
• Implement and enforce facility policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors, addressing any facility-related issues with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility operations and employee satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in facility management, cleaning services, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, waste management, and utility systems.
• Certification in facility management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees and the maintenance team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address facility-related issues efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with using cleaning equipment and tools, as well as utility management software.
