📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Inspect and maintain all hotel facilities, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and landscaping.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to guest operations.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections to identify and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment usage.
• Train and mentor junior technicians to ensure high standards of performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel maintenance or a related field.
• Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or manager in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Certifications in hotel maintenance, HVAC, electrical systems, or plumbing are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management software, such as ServiceMax or Workplace by FM.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
