📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of foundation professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of community development initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive social impact and achieve our foundation's goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, non-profit organizations, and government agencies to foster collaboration and partnerships.
• Oversee the development and management of educational, healthcare, and economic development programs.
• Utilize Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite to streamline operations, enhance communication, and track program performance.
• Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, making data-driven decisions to improve initiatives and achieve better results.
• Represent Private Advertiser and our foundation at community events, conferences, and public engagements to raise awareness and support for our mission.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities to ensure our foundation remains at the forefront of social impact.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in Social Work, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in community development, non-profit management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of community development best practices and a deep understanding of local issues and needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
