As a Partner Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, cultivating, and managing key partnerships with technology providers, system integrators, and resellers. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute partnership strategies that align with Alibaba Cloud's business objectives. You will also be responsible for managing the partner ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and value delivery to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnerships with technology providers, system integrators, and resellers.
• Manage the partner ecosystem, including onboarding, training, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute partnership strategies that drive business growth.
• Leverage data analytics and AI tools to identify market trends and opportunities for partnership expansion.
• Ensure seamless integration and value delivery to customers through the partner ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and decision-makers.
• Monitor and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in cloud computing and AI.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership development, sales, or business development, with a proven track record in driving strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the cloud computing and AI industry, with a focus on Alibaba Cloud's products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficient in using data analytics and AI tools, such as Alibaba Cloud's AI solutions and data visualization platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is required.
