📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure the quality of software products.,Design, execute, and automate test cases using various testing tools and frameworks.,Identify, document, and track software defects and issues, and work with development teams to resolve them.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure that testing activities align with project goals.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in software testing.,Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA engineers and other team members.,Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the overall quality of the codebase.,Conduct performance testing and load testing to ensure that the software can handle expected user loads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.,Proficient in using testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, and other relevant tools.,Experience with automated testing frameworks and scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
