Salon Zahra Coffee is looking for a Senior IT Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment.,Monitor and maintain network performance and security.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior IT staff.,Ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Experience with ITIL framework is a plus.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.
