Trisystems Engineering is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our Quality Management Systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality management systems to ensure compliance with international standards and regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.

Oversee and implement quality management systems in accordance with international standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals to ensure the effective implementation of quality management systems.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.,Develop and maintain quality policies, procedures, and standards to meet customer requirements and regulatory obligations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality management.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in quality management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management systems, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.,Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing quality management systems.,Certifications in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949) are highly desirable.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards and regulations.
