📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and develop a team of store assistants to achieve sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and order restocking as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify improvement areas.,Assist in the implementation of new store initiatives and promotions.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
