📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, including cost control, financial forecasting, and investment analysis.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance and professionalism.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors, tax consultants, and other financial advisors.,Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends.,Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian tax laws.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
