📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and customer interaction.,Maintain and expand existing customer relationships by providing technical support and product knowledge.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.,Conduct site visits and technical evaluations to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.,Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, quotes, and contracts.,Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements in the field of industrial air compressors.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales engineering, particularly in industrial air compressor solutions.,Strong technical knowledge and understanding of industrial air compressor systems and components.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business purposes.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
