As a Purchasing Staff, you will be responsible for managing procurement activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage procurement activities, including purchasing, receiving, and storing materials.,Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best deals.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement processes.,Handle supplier inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
