📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections.,Train and mentor production staff on best practices and safety procedures.,Maintain a safe and clean work environment.,Manage inventory and ensure adequate supplies are available.,Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals.,Report on production progress and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervision role.,Proven track record of managing production processes and teams.,Strong understanding of quality control and safety procedures.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with production software and tools is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
