Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company,Ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently,Managing and supervising staff to ensure that they are meeting their targets and objectives,Developing and implementing operational strategies and plans,Monitoring and analyzing operational performance to identify areas for improvement,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies,Managing budgets and resources to ensure that the company operates within its financial constraints,Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of operations management principles and practices,Excellent leadership and management skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
