Coinbase is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to join our Vendor & Spend Management team. This role is crucial in ensuring our legal and compliance operations run smoothly, particularly in managing vendor relationships and spend management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal operations, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the end-to-end legal operations process for vendor and spend management, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Manage and maintain vendor contracts, ensuring they are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with legal requirements.,Coordinate with legal, finance, and procurement teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.,Monitor and report on spend management activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Ensure all legal documentation is properly filed, organized, and accessible for future reference.,Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact vendor and spend management operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of legal operations policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to team members on legal operations best practices and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in legal operations, preferably in a financial or technology company.,Strong understanding of legal and compliance requirements in the financial industry.,Proficient in legal operations software and tools.,Excellent organizational and project management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
