📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the procurement process from start to finish.,Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and negotiate contracts.,Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Monitor and control procurement spending to ensure cost efficiency.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Analyze procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Develop and implement procurement strategies to support business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using procurement software and ERP systems.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations is a plus.
