📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical details,Write clear, concise, and accurate technical content in various formats (manuals, guides, tutorials, etc.),Review and edit technical documents to ensure quality and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the development and implementation of technical writing processes and tools,Provide technical writing support to other departments as needed,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the technical writing team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,1-2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and communication skills in English,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software (e.g., MadCap Flare, Confluence, etc.),Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Team player with excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills,Basic understanding of technical concepts and processes,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
