📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and screening.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule follow-up interviews.,Maintain a database of potential candidates and update it regularly.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the recruitment team in achieving targets and KPIs.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
