📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing principles
• Troubleshoot production issues and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Work with suppliers and internal teams to improve processes and reduce waste
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related role
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
• Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and ISO standards
• Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
