📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of financial documents and reports.
  • Support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Handle vendor invoices and payments, ensuring timely processing.
  • Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial analysis.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance manager.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and accuracy in all financial transactions.
  • Assist in the organization and maintenance of financial files and records.
  • Provide support in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a finance or administrative role (preferred but not required).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Good understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
