You'll use tools like BambooHR and SAP SuccessFactors to streamline processes and ensure we're always one step ahead. With 2-4 years of experience in HR, you'll bring a wealth of knowledge to our team, helping us maintain our reputation as a top employer in the region.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Manage employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and performance reviews.
• Organize and facilitate training and development programs.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits administration.
• Support the HR Manager in strategic planning and policy development.
• Assist in the implementation of HR software and systems.
• Provide support during company events and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Familiarity with HR software like BambooHR and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Certification in HR (SHRM-CP or equivalent) is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
