Port Place Berjaya is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. This is an urgent position in our growing company. The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles. This role is crucial to ensure the smooth operation of our logistics and transportation services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to safety and operational standards.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.,Oversee fuel management and ensure cost-effective fuel consumption.,Handle vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with legal requirements.,Manage and process vehicle-related documents and records.,Coordinate with third-party service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English is a plus.
