📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Plan, organize, and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that support the development of cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that promotes respect, cooperation, and creativity.
  • Assess and monitor children's progress, providing individual attention and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure a seamless transition between home and center.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, research, and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of children's development and achievements.
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and other center activities.
  • Promote and uphold the center's mission, values, and policies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a similar role.
  • Certification in early childhood education (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, or other relevant certifications).
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood development and learning theories.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Passionate about early childhood education and committed to fostering children's individual development.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
