📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote our products and services.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Manage and oversee the marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation and performance.,Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.,Create and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media content.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to build relationships and generate leads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant marketing software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Creative and innovative thinker with a strategic mindset.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
