Lead and supervise a team of drivers to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the fleet.,Monitor and maintain the condition of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working order.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and accidents.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and inspections.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide training and support to new drivers to ensure they are up to date with company procedures and safety protocols.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address any potential hazards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the transportation industry.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with fleet management software and systems.,Experience in managing a team of drivers.,Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
