PT Cemerlang Lestari is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team in Klaten. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards of inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a passion for optimizing warehouse processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage orders and deliveries.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.,Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.,Handle any warehouse-related issues or conflicts that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Proven ability to manage and optimize warehouse operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for warehouse operations.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
