📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining applicant records.,Support the HR team in managing employee data, including updating records, processing payroll, and maintaining employee files.,Coordinate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in organizing and participating in HR-related events and activities.,Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, maintaining schedules, and handling correspondence.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Support the HR team in conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR-related projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and organization skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
