In this role, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing cash transactions, ensuring smooth financial operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage daily cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and petty cash.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable records to identify discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports to the finance team, including aging reports and payment summaries.
• Handle cash handling duties, including counting and depositing cash, and ensuring proper record-keeping.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other related reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service to vendors and internal teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or cash handling roles.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
