📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management of client accounts, including new account acquisition and retention.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations to support the sales team.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to support the sales team's efforts.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales events, promotions, and campaigns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information and interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in account management or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
